How to remove the weight on a pager motor

1. First bend the paper clip or piano wire in an 'L' Shape. You want the long part of the 'L' to be around 1 inch.

2. Put the weight in a pair of vice grips or a vice. Make sure the motor can still spin.

3. Hold your tool in a pair a pliers as shown.

4. If you are useing vice grips put it on the edge of a table. Put the end of the tool in the hole where the shaft is and give it a quick tap with the hammer. The motor should pop right out! (Put something under the motor so when it falls it doesn't fall alll the way to the ground and break)
